Processing Time



All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods such as drops, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times (after processing):


  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days



Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.



International Shipping



We ship internationally. Basura Clothing is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges applied by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.



Address Accuracy



Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

Basura Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.



Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Basura Clothing is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.



Order Tracking



Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Split Shipments



If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
